PANACEA, FL-- Trick or treating will have an underwater twist for children on Thursday. Members of the Marine Lab is hosting The Gulf, Ghosts, and Goblins Halloween at the Sea located in Panacea, FL.
This event will give kids an opportunity to learn about marine animals while enjoying fun and games.
Videos will be played throughout the aquarium about spooky ocean animals like the skeleton shrimp, vampire squid, and the goblin shark.
There will also be trick or treating, face painting, a costume contest, scavenger hunt and more throughout the aquarium.
The costume contest will end at 7:30 pm and prizes will be given at 8:00 pm under the pavilion.
The function starts at 6:00 pm and ends at 9:00 pm. For anyone over the age of 12 the cost is $9.50 and kids 11 and under are free. Gulf Specimen Marine Lab members are free as well.
